Pre-Order

Full payment must be provided at the time of the pre-order. Timelines for watch delivery will be updated regularly. Pre-orders will ship from Wolf Creek Watch Co. within 5 business days of receipt from Switzerland.

Squarespace Payment

All payments will go through PayPal (either with PayPal account or credit card).

Right to Payment Transaction Denial

Wolf Creek Watch Co. may deny a transaction if it is believed the order has been placed in a fraudulent manner, or by those believed to be unauthorized dealers.

Shipping

Free shipping on all domestic and international orders. All domestic purchases will be shipped via UPS Ground. All international orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Customs duties and fees vary from country to country, and payment are the responsibility of the international customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided within 7 days of receipt (based on delivery date). Watch must be in new/unworn condition to be returned and refunded. To start a return, click here. Upon receipt of the watch, a refund will be issued. There will be a 5% restocking fee, plus additional shipping, duty, or custom charges. It is recommended that all returns be insured by the sender for the retail value of the watch. 

Warranty Claims

Wolf Creek Watch Co. offers a 1 year warranty on all parts and service that are not due to normal wear and tear or accident. Wolf Creek also offers a 2 year warranty on watch movements. Any mechanical issue of the time keeping function that is not due to normal wear and tear or accident, a warranty claim will be fulfilled by Wolf Creek Watch Co.

*Note: It is highly recommended that before a customer starts a return or warranty claim, the customer contact Wolf Creek via email. Please click here to notify us of your desire for return your watch, or to place a warranty claim.
